We provide training and resources for all aspects of church and ministry organization, staff development and membership training.
We conduct training sessions, workshops and seminars and send representatives to conduct them at church and ministry locations throughout the country.
We believe that our purpose is to support those who have been called,
"For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ." Ephesians 4:12

We will discuss issues and topics that are in line with our mission to assist pastors & ministry leaders in the carrying out of the great commission. This weeks topic will be Purpose. We also focus on basic discipleship to help in the development of the new believer. 2010-01-09T17:34:10.951Z [Mar 27] LeaderShift: Leadership Development & Empowerment Training 12 week Leadership Program is designed to train and empower church leaders and better prepare them to equip the saints. The job of church leadership is laid out in Ephesians 4:12, where the apostle Paul explains the role of Christian leaders. This role he explains to be "the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ."
